Massachusetts Turnpike Authority announced Monday that customers of AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless can now use their phones inside the Thomas P. O'Neill, Jr. Tunnel on Interstate 93 and the Interstate 90 Connector, which links the Massachusetts Turnpike to the Ted Williams Tunnel and Logan International Airport.
