Dominican Festival of Rhode Island 2009

BOSTON (WBZ) ― On Sunday August 9th, thousands of people will come together to celebrate the "22nd Annual Dominican Festival of RI". This free event is organized by the non- profit organization "Quisqueya In Action" and it draws an attendance of approximately 20,000 people. WBZ's Yadires Nova-Salcedo talks with the festival's head of public relations Anaridis Rodriguez. Tune in!

The "22nd Annual Dominican Festival of RI" will take place Sunday, August 9th from 12 noon to 7pm and the parade starts at 10:30am on Broad St.
