BOSTON (WBZ) ― Our Lady of Lourdes is one of the most important catholic churches for Latinos in the area of Jamaica Plain. At the end of June, they plan to close the doors of their catholic school, leaving many children, a lot of them Latinos, having to find another school next September. In an effort to keep the school open, a parent committee was created. WBZ's Yadires Nova-Salcedo talks about this with Beatriz Lorenzo, from the new Save Our Lady of Lourdes School Committee. Learn how you can help. Tune in!
