Ice Recalled After Particles Found Inside Bag

BOSTON (WBZ) ― Five-pound bags of ice sold under the brand names "Tube Ice" or "Carlstadt Consumers Ice Company" are being recalled.

The ice was sold at several BJ's stores, Stone's Retail Market in Abington and the Sunoco station on Mass. Ave. in Boston.

The Department of Public Health says it found fine brown particles and what it calls "fibrous" matter in some packages of ice.

If you bough the ice, throw it out, or bring it back to the store.
