Starbucks Closing 8 Local Stores

BOSTON (WBZ) ― Starbucks has released its list of local stores that will be shut down as part of its nationwide revamping of the popular coffee chain.

Earlier this month, Starbucks announced it would close 600 underperforming stores in the United States.

Here are the 8 shops to be shut down in Massachusetts and New Hampshire:

Middlesex Turnpike - 47 Middlesex Turnpike - Burlington

Dartmouth Mall - Dartmouth

Newton Centre - 70 Union St. - Newton

Emerald Square Mall - 999 S Washington St. - N. Attleboro

Sharon - 5 Post Office Sq. - Sharon

Stoughton - 425 Washington St. - Stoughton

Shrewsbury St Marketplace - 225 Shrewsbury St. - Worcester

Rochester Shoppes - Washington St. - Rochester, N.H

The closings will begin this month and continue through March.
