Survey: Alarming Number Of Teens Sending Nude Pics

The next time you're at the mall and you see a bunch of teenage girls hanging out together, chances are, one of those girls has sent a nude photo of herself to somebody online.
It's a disturbing trend that has experts urging parents to get more involved than ever in their teenager's high-tech world.
It seems teens these days are all about texting. And according to a
new survey released on Wednesday, 22 percent of teenage girls admit to electronically sending nude or semi-nude photos.
And it's not just the girls. Eighteen percent of teenage boys do it too.
More than a third of the teens who admitted to sending nude photos said sending sexy text messages or photos increased their chances of "hooking up" with someone.
And what experts found very troubling is that 15 percent of the teens who share either nude photos or sexually explicit texts, do it with people they only know online.
A large number of these kids also said they don't see anything wrong with it.
