Magazine Ranks Children's Hospital #2 In Nation

Children's Hospital Boston has been ranked number two overall in the nation by Parents magazine.

The magazine surveyed more than 100 children's hospitals about survival rates, staff expertise and research.

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia was ranked number one overall.

The magazine said Children's Hospital Boston published more than 800 studies in the last two years and many of the results improved kids' care right away.

In individual specialties, Children's Hospital Boston was ranked number one for cardiac and orthopedic care in the Parents survey.
