Workers Caught Slacking Face Disciplinary Action

BOSTON (WBZ) ― Boston is taking action against several Department of Public Works employees caught slacking off on the job.

WBZ's I-Team caught some workers running errands in city vehicles when they were supposed to be picking up the trash and performing other maintenance jobs.

WBZ has learned two workers caught in the city's own internal investigation have been suspended, one person has resigned and others are still facing disciplinary hearings.
