A State Police investigation tied up traffic for miles on Interstate 93 during rush hour Tuesday morning.
One lane of 93 south was shut down around 6 a.m. by Commerce Way in Wilmington, so troopers could investigate an accident that occured two days ago, according to WBZ's Rich Kirkland.
