In a new nationwide survey, Boston ranks fifth among cities with the angriest drivers.
According to the study from the auto club AutoVantage, Miami has more angry and rude drivers than any city in America.
Phoenix is second, New York third, and Los Angeles is fourth.
The criteria included speeding, tailgating and cutting off other drivers.
The most courteous drivers were found in Minneapolis.
Nashville, St. Louis, Seattle and Atlanta rounded out the top five.
The telephone survey included more than 2,000 adult commuters in 20 major cities.
Drivers also admitted some of their own etiquette breaches. Nearly all acknowledged talking on cell phones behind the wheel. Nearly 2-in-3 admit sometimes driving too fast.
