Malden Teacher On Leave Amid Sex Allegations

MALDEN (WBZ) ― A faculty member at a Catholic school in Malden has been placed on leave pending sexual misconduct allegations.

John Stanasek works at Cheverus Centennial School in Malden. He has been placed on leave after some students came forward, accusing him of sexual misconduct.

According to the school's Web site, Stanasek teaches seventh grade a the Sacred Hearts Parish school.

Malden police are investigating.
