Arrests Made In Newton Shooting Death

NEWTON (CBS4) ― James Brescia, 46, of Waltham and Scott Foxworth, 52, of Dracut, have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a Framingham man earlier this year in Newton.

Edward Schiller, 39, was found shot in the head inside his car that was parked in a private parking garage on January 13.

Brescia and Foxworth are scheduled to be arraigned in Newton District Court on Wednesday.

Before the arraignments, District Attorney Martha Coakley will hold a press conference at the Newton Police Department where more information on the arrests will be given.

Schiller was an employee of Aronson Insurance Agency, which is located in the building at 345 Boylston St.
