Father Of Missing Lynn Boy Going To Trial

Giovanni Gonzalez Disappeared In August

LYNN (WBZ) ― The father of a missing Lynn boy is going to trial on Jan. 13 in connection with the boy's disappearance.

Ernesto Gonzalez, 36, has been held on $500,000 bail on a child endangerment charge since his 5-year-old son, Giovanni, was reported missing three months ago.

Gonzalez's lawyer asked during an appearance in court Tuesday that the charge be dismissed for lack of evidence.
