Molly Bish Grand Jury Dismissed Without Indictment

BOSTON (CBS4) ― The special grand jury in the Molly Bish murder case has been dismissed without returning an indictment.

Molly Bish disappeared from her lifeguard post at Comins Pond in Warren back in June 2000.
She was 16 at the time.

Her father tells that he's a little disappointed by the news but says the grand jury served as a solid springboard to continue the investigation.

District Attorney John Conte dismissed the grand jury saying the panel had accomplished everything it could
