Facing pressure from the town of Somerset, New England Gas Company has decided to replace three sections of gas mains.
Neighbors have been demanding answers since a
deadly gas explosion last month.
The blast killed Rose Marie Rebello and her dog and leveled her home.
There have been concerns in nearby neighborhoods about continued leaks and a lingering smell of gas.
The gas company said the gas main in front of Rebello's house was
damaged and could be the cause of the explosion.
There have been several gas explosions, the most recent being in Manchester, N.H. where a person was also killed.
