Police Ask For Public's Help In Newton Murder
NEWTON (CBS4) ―
Police in Newton are now asking for the public's help to solve the murder of Edward Schiller, who was the victim of a fatal shooting inside of a Route Nine parking garage during the early morning hours of January 13, 2006.
Police are now handing out flyers and are asking motorists and others who may have witnessed the deadly attack to come forward.
According to Newton Police, Schiller, who worked at the Aronson Insurance Agency, was found in his Nissan Maxima with a single gunshot wound to the head.
As of now, no arrests have been made, but according to the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, Schiller's death does not seem to be a random act.
The investigation continues, and police ask anyone with information to come forward. Police say callers may remain anonymous.
