Cambridge Girl Could Be 'Sexiest Vegetarian Alive'
BOSTON (WBZ) ―
Cambridge resident Stephanie Bain, 21, a student at New England School of Law in Boston, beat out hundreds of other entrants from across the U.S. and Canada to become one of 10 female finalists in PETA's annual "Sexiest Vegetarian Alive."
According to a press release from PETA, Bain loves to whip up tasty treats to share with her friends, like vegan pineapple upside-down cake.
"I love how a vegan diet has opened my eyes to so many different types of foods that I never would have discovered had I just kept my boring old diet. People always ask me, 'Oh you're vegan. What do you eat?' I love the looks on their faces when they realize I have a much more varied and exciting diet than they do," Bain said in the release.
The winners, who will each spend seven nights in Maui, Hawaii will be announced in early May.
