Wild Turkey Finds Home Atop Somerville Pharmacy

Slideshow: Wild Turkey Found Perched On Roof Of Somerville Store

SOMERVILLE (CBS4) ― Employees of the Brooks Pharmacy on Somerville Avenue have a new neighbor. A wild turkey has made himself comfortable on the store's roof.

Workers say the turkey went up on the roof around 2 p.m. Friday. They believe it's the same animal customers have reported seeing around the neighborhood all week.

We're told Brooks employees named the bird, "Steve".

Police say they will monitor the area and send in animal control if the turkey doesn't eventually come down on it's own.
