For many people it's a dream combination for Thanksgiving: turkey and beer!
Well one New Hampshire turkey farmer is making that dream come true.
Joe Morette of the Henniker Saw Farm in Henniker, New Hampshire feeds his turkeys beer every year. This year somewhere between 250 and 300 birds dined on feed and Coors beer this year.
Joe told New Hampshire magazine that a "modest amount of beer" is essential to "keep the birds moist" when they're cooked for Thanksgiving dinner.
Morette told New Hampshire magazine that he "gets the greatest high of the year" when he "thinks of that one moment of the day when families are together enjoying my turkeys."
Unfortunately if you're interested in getting a hold of one of these beer loving turkeys, they've already been "processed" and sold for Thanksgiving dinner.
The farm told us that a bunch of the beer fed turkeys were sold to Boston restaurant, Anthony's Pier 4.
