Winchester Teachers Aide Faces Enticement Charges
WINCHESTER (WBZ) ―
A special education teachers assistant at a Winchester middle school pleaded not guilty Monday to two charges of child enticement.
Christopher M. French, 27, was arrested at his Winchester home on Saturday by police who seized evidence while executing a search warrant. Police obtained a second search warrant and seized additional evidence on Sunday.
Police said their investigation was related to French's employment at McCall Middle School.
French's father, Evander French Jr., is the longtime principal of the middle school.
At his arraignment in Woburn District Court, French was ordered held on $5,000 bail and told to have no contact with children under 16.
Police said their investigation is ongoing and they expect to obtain an additional search warrant.
