Shoppers Get Head Start On Black Friday Deals
NASHUA, N.H. (WBZ) ―
Some shoppers in New Hampshire got a head start on the
Black Friday deals.
Old Navy in Nashua was open from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving.
Dozens of people lined up early in search of good deals.
Virginia Stanton and her daughter Kathie came after Thanksgiving dinner.
Kathie says it's a great way to get the deals, without the crowds. "This is great. Tomorrow is going to be long lines, and wild."
Becky and Justin Langlier came to Old Navy to shop with their three year old daughter Kameron after Thanksgiving dinner with their family.
Justin told us, "There was a coupon on the paper so we wanted to come down here and see if we could get some cheap stuff."
They say they found five dollar tee shirts and other good deals.
Becky sees nothing wrong with the stores being open on the holiday. "I love it. I love it because I want to get all my shopping done early. It's a very nice option to have on Thanksgiving Day."
