Accused Serial Bank Robber Nabbed In Jamaica Plain

BOSTON (WBZ) ― A man who Boston police say is responsible for a string of bank robberies in Boston and greater Boston was arrested Tuesday in Jamaica Plain.

Police said 33-year-old Angel Robles is suspected of being connected with at least 10 bank robberies in Greater Boston in the last few months. The most recent robbery he is accused of committing happened Monday at a bank in Newton.

Robles was wanted by the FBI in connection with robberies that happened in Boston, Brighton, Watertown and Jamaica Plain.
