Boston Police Cruiser Hits Baby Stroller

BOSTON (WBZ) ― A Boston police cruiser hit a baby stroller in an intersection at Centre and Seaverns Ave, police officials said.

Police said as the officer was traveling north on Centre, he stopped to make a left-hand turn and brushed a carriage being pushed by a pedestrian, tipping it over in the street.

The child in the carriage suffered minor injuries and was taken to Children's Hospital. It's unclear if the pedestrian was crossing the intersection at a crosswalk.

No further details were released.
