Same Sexual Predator Linked To 3 Boston Attacks
BOSTON (WBZ) ―
Boston police are searching for a sexual predator who is targeting women in Boston.
DNA has linked the same man to three attacks in the past year. Boston police officials said the man picked up women looking for rides in the downtown area and then drove them to Charlestown where the assaults took place.
The most recent attack happened in the early-morning hours of Aug. 5 in the area of State Street. The other attacks happened on Nov. 22, 2007 and Aug. 8, 2007.
While police say the same person is responsible for the attacks, they do not know who the DNA belongs to.
Anyone with information about the attacks is urged to contact detectives at 617-343-4400.
