BU Eyeing New Campuses In India, Abu Dhabi
BOSTON (AP) ―
Boston University officials say they're looking into the possibility of opening campuses in India and Abu Dhabi.
Robert Brown, the university's president, met recently with India's minister of human resource development and will travel to India in January.
A university spokesman says Boston University is also looking into whether to open a medical school campus in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates. But the spokesman says discussions about both locations are in very preliminary stages.
Boston University already has a dental school that it opened in 2008 in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
