BU Lab Building Evacuated, Possible Hydrogen Leak

The Boston Fire Department was called to a possible hydrogen leak at a Boston University lab building Friday night.

Fire officials told WBZ the hydrogen alarm sounded at 22 Babbit Street at 8pm. Firefighters went inside the building, but didn't find a leak.

The 10-story building was evacuated. There were about 50 people inside when the alarm sounded.

Nobody was hurt.
