State Police say a truck carrying tomatoes was stopped at a cash-only lane when a car and two other trucks approached from behind.
The last truck in line -- the one carrying the beef -- struck a third truck carrying plastic foam cups.
The car driver was treated for minor injuries.
Rush hour traffic was not nearly bad as expected, because police waved toll charges for drivers, allowing them to pass through the tolls without stopping to keep traffic moving.
The scene was cleared by about 10:30 a.m.
The cause of the crash is still unknown.
No charges have been filed at this point.
