Peeping Tom Strikes In BU Bathrooms
BOSTON (WBZ) ―
At least two women at Boston University have reported being spied on by a peeping tom while they were in the bathroom.
According to BU police, the most recent incident occurred last Friday inside the Stone Science Building at 675 Commonwealth Ave. A woman was in a stall in the 3rd floor bathroom, when she said a man entered the stall next to her and looked over the dividing wall. She screamed and the man ran away.
The student told police the same man had spied on her twice before.
The woman described the peeper as a balding white man in his 30s, about 5'8" tall with a medium build and dark eyes. He has short, dark, thinning hair on the sides of his head, and very hairy arms.
On Friday, June 19 he was wearing black sandals, dark sweat pants and a white short-sleeved polo shirt. He had a silver watch with a braided metal band on his left wrist.
Police say a man with a similar description peered in on another female student last month.
