Teen Indicted In Brockton Cab Driver's Killing

BROCKTON (WBZ) ― A Plymouth County grand jury has returned a murder indictment against a Brockton teenager suspected of killing a local cab driver.

Adilson Neves,18, is charged with the Feb. 16 shooting of 56-year-old Edward Conley.

Neves will be arraigned in Superior Court Friday. He has already pleaded not guilty in district court.

Police say Neves left one of his shoes at the scene after running away. Investigators linked a DNA sample from the shoe to Neves.

Conley had worked at Cowen's Taxi for only three months.
