Car Stuck On Green Line Tracks On Comm. Ave.

BRIGHTON (WBZ) ― Green Line service on the B line was delayed briefly Tuesday morning because a car was stuck on the tracks.

It happened at the intersection of Commonwealth Ave. and Chiswick Road in Brighton around 9:20 a.m.

One car bumped into the rear of another car, sending it onto the tracks and into a fence.

No one was seriously hurt.

A shuttle bus was called in for passengers between Washington Street and Boston College until the car could be towed away.
