Coast Guard Searches For Missing Diver

BOSTON (WBZ) ― Coast Guard crews are searching for a diver after he failed to surface approximately 40 miles south of Nantucket.

The Coast Guard received a radio distress call around noon on Wednesday from a boat reporting that one of their divers had not surfaced at 11 a.m., as expected.

Two helicopter crews are searching the area and a patrol boat is en route to the scene.
