Cape Man Arrested 15th Time For Drunk Driving
YARMOUTH (WBZ) ―
A South Yarmouth man will be back in a familiar place Wednesday morning - court. He's been arrested for drunk driving for the 15th time.
William Rose, 59, was pulled over around 1:30 a.m. for allegedly driving erratically on Old Main Street. He was arrested after authorities say he failed a series of sobriety tests.
Yarmouth police say it wasn't until Rose was brought back to the station that a check of his history revealed 14 prior OUI arrests and 9 prior convictions.
Because of his past, his license was only valid between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. so he could work.
Rose was held overnight. He will be arraigned in Barnstable District Court.
