BOSTON (CBS4) ― Rachel Entwistle's parents are expressing their sympathy to the parents of the man accused of killing their daughter and granddaughter.

Through a spokesman, Priscilla Souza and Joseph Matterazzo told the Metrowest Daily News they realize Neil Entwistle's parents must also be hurting.

They said they are upset at Neil and not his parents, Clifford and Yvonne.

Spokesman Joseph Flaherty said the two sets of parents have not spoken since Neil's arrest.
