The Hopkinton home where Rachel Entwistle and her 9-month-old daughter Lillian were murdered has reportedly been sold.
A real estate agent told the Boston Herald the four-bedroom colonial on Cubs Path is now under agreement.
The original asking price was $549,000, but had been reduced to $485,000. The final price has not been revealed.
The house had been on the market for more than a year. The Entwistles rented it for $2,700 per month and had only lived there a few days before the murders. The home was assessed at $476,100 in 2005.
Prosecutors say Neil Entwistle shot his wife and daughter in the house in January 2006 and then fled to his parents home in England.
He is currently being held at the Middlesex County jail. His trial is due to begin in October.
