Police Arrest 4 Harvard Students At Protest

BOSTON (WBZ) ― A group of Harvard University students were arrested during a protest at a military recruiting center in Maine.

Between 20 and 30 people were protesting the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy at a South Portland recruiting center on Wednesday when police were called.

Four Harvard students were arrested and charged with trespassing after they refused to leave.

Jacob Reitan, one of the students who was arrested, says he tried sign up for the Army but didn't want to hide the fact that he is gay. He says the military needs to change its policy.
