NH Murder Suspect Tracked Down In Weymouth
MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) ―
Police have arrested a New Hampshire man at a Massachusetts motel in connection with the shooting death of a man found dead in the street in Manchester.
New Hampshire Attorney General Michael Delaney says 23-year-old Joshua Sprague of Manchester was arrested Saturday at a Super 8 Motel in Weymouth, Mass. He was charged with second-degree murder, accused of shooting Lennoxx Tibbs in the chest and neck on Thursday.
Sprague also is charged with burglary while armed with a firearm for entering Tibbs' apartment. Twenty-year-old Justin Genest, who lives with Sprague, also was arrested at the motel and is charged with being an accomplice to burglary.
Authorities said the two are being held at the Weymouth Police Department pending a hearing in Quincy District Court on Monday.
