How Do I Avoid The Mass Pike Nightmare?

BOSTON (WBZ) ― I need to drive for the Thanksgiving holidays and I'm dreading the Massachusetts Turnpike (or other local highways).

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 

  • If you're planning to drive on Wednesday, avoid the peak travel times.  At this point that means after 8 p.m.
 

  • Wait until Thursday morning.
