A 17-year-old Lawrence girl who went missing two months ago was found unconscious and badly injured on the side of Suffolk Street in Lowell late Tuesday night.
The teen had apparently been left there to die.
She was rushed to Lahey Clinic in Burlington where she is currently on life support with critical injuries. The girl was found near Dublin Street.
The teen had no identification on her person, but the Middlesex District Attorney's Office was able to identify her and notified her family.
While officials aren't publicly releasing her name, a family member says the 17 year old is Tina Choeun.
Her family tells WBZ Choeun ran away two months ago.
It's unknown how she was injured or why she was left alone in the street. But witnesses say a red 2-door car was seen driving away from where the girl had been dumped.
They told WBZ a woman and two men were seen pushing and pulling the unconscious teen from the car.
Neighbors say the teen was bleeding from the head.
Anyone with information is asked to call Lowell police at (978) 937-3200 or Crimestoppers at (978) 459-TIPS (8477).
