Suspect Ran Into Woods After Crashing Into A Tree

According to police, Russell Call eluded police and K-9 units after a police chase in New Hampshire on Sunday. Call crashed into a tree and fled into the woods on foot.

New Hampshire police are searching for a Newton, Mass. man after he led police on a chase on Interstate 95 Sunday morning and fled his vehicle after crashing into a tree.
According to N.H. State police officials, Russell Call, 19, exited I-95 in Portsmouth and later crashed into a tree in Epping, N.H. at the intersection of Route 125 and Route 155 at 6:05 a.m.
Call then ran off into the woods and may have been injured in the crash.
N.H. Fish and Game officials are now handling the search, after police and K-9 units were unable to locate Call.
Call is a student at the University of New Hampshire and police believe he was on his way there when the chase began. Police were initially pursuing Call for a speeding violation.
Call is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 220 pounds, with light brown hair. Any one having contact with Call is asked to notify the New Hampshire State Police Troop A at (603) 679-3333
