Passenger Killed In Plymouth Drunk Driving Crash
PLYMOUTH (WBZ) ―
A passenger was killed in a violent crash in Plymouth late Thursday night.
It happened on Rocky Pond Road around 11:45 p.m.
Police Capt. John Rogers told WBZ that the driver, 23-year-old Ryan Corbett of Plymouth, was driving drunk when his Oldsmobile struck a tree, killing his passenger.
The victim's name has not been released.
Police found Corbett walking about a quarter-mile from the scene.
He was taken to Jordan Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries. He was then brought to the Plymouth police station.
Corbett will be arraigned Friday on charges of drunken driving and motor vehicle homicide.
