Snow! Towns See First Flakes Of Season

BOSTON (WBZ) ― Many towns saw their first snow of the season Friday morning.

Boston, Arlington, Stoneham, Tewksbury, Natick and several other communities reported flakes in the air or light coatings around sunrise.

There was no significant accumulation in southern New England.

However, parts of central Pennsylvania received more than 4 inches of snow last night.

State College, Pa., had received 2.5 inches of snow last night, the earliest date on record that snow had been recorded there.
