'Warped Tour' Suspended Due To Severe Storms

BOSTON (WBZ) ― The Van's Warped Tour concert at the Comcast Center in Mansfield was suspended Wednesday afternoon due to severe thunderstorms.

All patrons at the facility were told to seek shelter in a vehicle or building as severe thunderstorms moved through the area.

There's no word yet from the Comcast Center on when the concert will resume.

Tornado warnings were issued for Bristol, Kent and Providence counties in Rhode island and parts of Bristol County and West Central Plymouth County in southeast Massachusetts until 5 p.m.
