Truck Slams Into North Attleboro Home, Sparks Fire

NORTH ATTLEBORO (WBZ) ― A pick-up truck crashed into a home and burst into flames in North Attleboro early Monday morning.

Fire officials told WBZ a woman lost control of the truck just after midnight, hit a telephone pole and a fire hydrant before slamming into the side of a home on Washington Street.

The fire spread to the house.

A mother, father and five children were home at the time, but they were not hurt.

There's no word yet on whether the driver will face charges.
