A 3-alarm fire torched an apartment building in Weymouth Saturday morning.
The fire engulfed the building at 10 Colonels Lane, causing part of the roof to collapse.
All 24 units in the building had to be evacuated.
Weymouth fire officials said all tenants got out safely, and it doesn't appear that any were injured.
Fire investigators said the blaze broke out on an apartment balcony.
