A woman making a deposit was pepper sprayed and robbed Friday night in Salem, New Hampshire.
Police say the unidentified woman was walking to an outdoor drop box in the parking lot of Shaw's Supermarket on Cluff Crossing just after 9:30 p.m. when two men approached her.
"The males sprayed her in the face with pepper spray and fled on foot with the deposit bag," Salem Police Sgt. Joel Dolan said in a statement.
Police would not say how much money was stolen.
The woman was not seriously hurt.
The men were described as white, in their early to mid twenties, wearing all black hoodie sweatshirts.
