Masked Man Robs Gardner Convenience Store

GARDNER (WBZ) ― Police are looking for a man accused of holding up a Gardner convenience store on Saturday.

The suspect entered the store shortly after 9 a.m. and demanded money from the 19-year-old clerk, police said. Surveillance video shows the suspect pulling a pistol outĀ from his waistband when he entered the store at 56 Union Square.

The gunman, described as a white man about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a stocky build, got away with $200 in cash.

At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, baggy jeans and a full face mask

Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to call Gardner police.
