Human Remains Found In Lancaster Identified
LANCASTER (WBZ) ―
Human remains
found in Lancaster earlier this week have been identified.
The Worcester District Attorney's office said she is 24-year-old Seanna Donnelly of Boston.
She was last seen by her family in October.
Investigators say she was also known as Jade Linda Donnelly and grew up as Lynn Seanna Goyette in Gardner.
She had also lived recently in Leominster and Winchendon. Before that she had lived in Everett and Fitchburg.
Donnelly had a record that included arrests for prostitution and drug abuse.
How she died is still a mystery.
"At this point in the investigation we see no connection between the death and disposal of Ms. Donnelly's body and any outstanding homicide investigation in Worcester County," Worcester District Attorney Joseph Early said in a statement.
"It appears Ms. Donnelly lived her life along the Route 2 corridor and did not frequently visit the city of Worcester."
A dog walker found her decomposing body wrapped in plastic in the woods near Old Union Turnpike Monday.
It had been there for several months.
