Police say Trooper Edward Bruso was responding to another crash when he rolled over.
He was taken to UMass Medical Center in Worcester, where he was treated and released.
Bruso is assigned to the barracks in Holden.
It's not clear yet what caused the accident, but troopers were busy with several crashes on icy and wet roads on routes 190, 290, 2 and 495 Monday morning.
