Teen Soldier From N.H. Dies In Iraq

ANDOVER, N.H. (WBZ) ― A New Hampshire family is mourning the loss of a loved one in Iraq.

Private 1st Class Juctin McDaniel, of Andover, died Dec. 17 from non-combat injuries, the Department of Defense announced Monday. He was 19 years old.

The Pentagon is investigating the exact circumstances surrounding his death.

McDaniel attended Merrimack Valley High School. He was a generator mechanic and was deployed to Iraq just last month.
