BOSTON (WBZ) ―

On Friday, WBZ launched a new week in review segment in which Jon Keller shows us the big moments of the week on the presidental campaign trail and why they're so important.

"God bless this great land, the United States of America. Thank you", said Mitt Romney in his long-awaited speech about religion, earlier this week.

Jon Keller says while Romney said "little about his Mormon faith, he gave a stirring endorsement of spirituality in public life. Will it help him cool down the heat he's been feeling from former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee?"

"We've been working this hard all along, and that's why we are where we are, we've not sat around watching the grass grow under our feet, it's just that its finally started kind of taking hold." That's Huckabee at a speech on the campaign trail this week.

Jon says Huckabee was the hottest candidate in his party this week, drawing plenty of attention in Iowa, where he's moved to the top of the pack, with improving poll numbers in New Hampshire and South Carolina too.

As for the Democrats, Jon says the hottest is Barack Obama, who is finally starting to pickup steam with his sold out appearances alongside Oprah Winfrey still to come.

Jon wonders if Hillary Clinton can slow him down without going negative. Iowa voters don't like dirty pool. And even in New Hampshire, a Clinton stronghold, Obama is gaining.

But the questions still remain, Jon wonders if will Romney get a bounce from his big speech and can Huckabee keep his surge going? And will Oprah's charisma fuel the "Obama boomlet"?

There's only one way top find out: stay tuned.
